🔌 Connection Issues

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Check if your firewall is blocking WebRTC connections

👥 Cannot Find a Match

  • Wait a few moments - matching can take 5-30 seconds
  • Try removing some filters to expand your search
  • Make sure your camera and microphone are enabled
  • Check your internet connection

🎬 Video Quality is Poor

  • Check your internet speed (at least 2 Mbps recommended)
  • Close bandwidth-heavy applications (downloads, streaming)
  • Move closer to your WiFi router
  • Ensure good lighting for better video quality

⚠️ Reporting Issues

  • If someone violates our rules, click the Report button during the chat
  • Select the appropriate reason for reporting
  • Provide details about the incident
  • Our moderation team will review within 24 hours
