- Make sure your device has a working camera and microphone
- Restart your browser and try again
🔌 Connection Issues
- Check your internet connection
- Disable VPN or proxy services temporarily
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try refreshing the page
- Check if your firewall is blocking WebRTC connections
👥 Cannot Find a Match
- Wait a few moments - matching can take 5-30 seconds
- Try removing some filters to expand your search
- Make sure your camera and microphone are enabled
- Check your internet connection
🎬 Video Quality is Poor
- Check your internet speed (at least 2 Mbps recommended)
- Close bandwidth-heavy applications (downloads, streaming)
- Move closer to your WiFi router
- Ensure good lighting for better video quality

- If someone violates our rules, click the Report button during the chat
- Select the appropriate reason for reporting
- Provide details about the incident
- Our moderation team will review within 24 hours
